"No issues whatsoever. One of the nicest places we have stayed in a month in Europe. The facility was clean and lovely, the beds were comfortable with good sheets. Perfect location to catch the train to Zermatt. Excellent food in the restaurant as well. Two complementary drinks (orange juice or prosecco) and discounted parking"

"What an incredible stay at the Wellness hotel. The Alpine Chic Room was wonderful, large, and the view of the Matterhorn was spectacular. The service was wonderful and the staff incredibly kind. The breakfast was a 10/10. We loved the central location of the hotel and the spa was amazing and relaxing. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to others. "

"Property is right next to Tasch station - 1 minute walk to reach! Hotel was nice and breakfast buffet was fantastic. Only thing was that there was brown liquid from the taps likely due to clogged contents in the pipes from the snowstorm that hit just a couple of days before."

"Overall it is the 2nd best hotel we stayed at during our trip. It would be the best if not for the so-so breakfast buffet experience. We stayed 2 nights, the first day's breakfast we unfortunately encountered the one lady working as the hostess hat morning who was less than welcoming and didn't even let us know we can order eggs (included with breakfast buffet). She also was so loud and chatty with this other guest who speaks the same language. I also observed how she spoke with another couple who arrived to inquire about breakfast. Her interaction with them, and the language/tone she used was quite rude and dismissive. She pretty much left them hanging and not really providing any guidance at all even though she is the hostess. Thankfully the second day, it was a new crew, and they were much much better and very nice. "
