River Lane Cottage 1 Bedroom

River Lane Cottage is a cozy rental in rural Dunnville, KY.  Tucked away on a thirty-eight acre farm, you'll find this a perfect getaway for you and your loved one.  You'll find our cabin thoughtfully furnished and very homey.  Awake to the sound of the rooster crowing, feed the goats, and see horses grazing in thier pasture.  The Green River borders the back of the property and is accessible by vehicle.  Bring your camping chairs and fishing lines and enjoy the quiet beauty of nature.  Please respect the well-being of our animals

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- We kindly ask that there are no fireworks, loud music, or rowdy behavior.

- Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

- Please be aware you will be charged 10% of the total trip at booking and the remaining 90% will be charged to the card on file, thirty days before check-in.

- Absolutely no pets. If a pet is discovered, there will be a $250 upcharge.
