"Absolutely brilliant hotel. Extremely helpful staff. Terrific Fitness Center. A wonderful room with plenty of space to actually unpack (sometimes rare in Japanese hotel rooms), comfortable bedding, and a state-of-the-art bathroom. Breakfast revolved around locally grown food. It was both tasty and interesting. My guess is that the place really shines during ski season with its spa, fireplace in the central bar area and location. Only downside was that there is construction going and the hotel parking lot would only hold perhaps 15 cars. With it not being ski season during our visit, the hotel was using the ski lift parking loft a couple blocks up the hill to handle overflow."

"Wonderful, charming, peaceful, and spacious property. Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay. We loved the beautiful surroundings. Property was spotless and well-kept. Bicycles were so great to take out and explore the nearby surroundings. One of the highlights of our visit to Furano and nearby places. Amazing value for price."
