"The hotel itself was good But the location was not Due to excessive traffic noise My room was very noisy most of the night. I know they can’t control that, but it did not help My stay at this location The good thing is, I was only there for one night."

"Checking in was a disaster!!!! They didn’t know how to process my Expedia reservation. It took an hour to check in. I had to get help from Expedia chat to help with the process. Wanted to cancel reservation during the process but Expedia would not comply. Reservation supervisor was cold and unapologetic!"
