"Parking lot was clean and organized, no trash on the ground and garbage cans weren't overflowing. As soon as we walked in we were professionally greeted. Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was spacious but bed could use a better mattress. Nice hotel in a perfect secluded location. Will visit again"

"This was the worst hotel I have ever booked via the internet. First room that was assigned to us was not clean. The TV didn't work, and a pair of under ware were hanging on the back of the bathroom door. When I returned to the front desk to ask for a "functioning/clean room". The next room was just as unclean, no towels, but the TV worked, (somewhat). The remoted allowed us to use the volume and change the channel. There was no chambermaid service, we reused our towels more than once due to the front desk not having any clean towels available. The stay was horrendous."

"Great location and beautiful pools — definitely the highlights of this hotel. It’s very convenient to get around and enjoy the area. However, the rooms feel quite worn and could really use some renovation. The service at the front desk was also very slow, and we often had to wait a long time. The valet parking also had long lines, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, the location and pool area are great, but the hotel could improve the rooms and service."
