"Everything was great. The only negative thing I can say is the back door from the parking lot was locked during hours it was posted to be unlocked, which caused me to have to walk around, since I had to park in the back. Which wasn't terrible except my son needed the restroom. Then, once we got in, there was no one at the desk and we needed a code for the restrooms. One would hope that security in the lobby wouldn't be such a problem that they need combo locks on the bathroom doors, which also service the pool area and is super inconvenient for anyone using the pool....Finally a staff member came out after repeated verbal requests towards the back office hallway, and we got the code so my child could relieve himself. So other than the little inconvenience, super great experience. The hotel is clean and well lit and feels very welcoming and safe. Room was clean and comfortable. The pool was warm and the hot tub was clean. Breakfast was average, and thats ok! Good assortment. Plentu of parking, but it seems like a popular place so front parking fills up fast. Beware the back door! Unload at the porte cochère! Don't make my mistake. 😆 Video baby monitor for the reception desk for the back office so they know someone is there would be a good idea. Or a bell. 😊"

"We stay here every couple months. The price can't be beat for the quality. I'm pretty understanding, so I can overlook small things, having been in the industry. The bed was comfortable, good variety of pillows for preferences. The shower amenities are ok, but I bring my own. Facing the parking lot is usually quieter than other rooms. There is a FedEx loading hub directly next to the hotel, as well as trains that sometimes come by several times a night if you're unlucky enough. Bring ear plugs. Last night we faced the parking lot and the sound waves weren't hitting the window directly so that may have made the difference because I heard nothing last night. Breakfast is decent. So is the coffee. Staff is friendly. This particular time a tissue was missed in the bathroom trash can and there was makeup smeared on the wall by the mirror. But small kine stuff I wouldn't call the desk over. Overall great deal and we've never gotten a gross room, over at least 6 visits....."

"Very close to the space needle and to the monorail. There is a grocery store right next door to the hotel too. It was clean and they were very friendly. The breakfast was very nice lots of choices. Only down fall there is a $40 a day parking fee. So we walked and road the monorail and the rail to almost everything."

"We had an excellent stay! The hotel is newly built, with clean, thoughtfully designed rooms and friendly, courteous staff. We were assigned a ground-floor room with parking right outside, which made loading and unloading our luggage very convenient. We also appreciated the vegan-friendly cereal available at breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel!"
