"The. Smell of dog urine in the first room they gave us was so bad we could not stay in it for more than minutes tried to open the sliding door for air and the. Handle was broken. The staff at the front was gone when we tried to change left for a while came back and they changed our room with apologies. New room smelled better but the beds were so worn you could see the sag without lay down. Unfortunately due to time constraints we were unable to change hotels. Maid service never came. Trash from other guests was left in the vending ares for days. We had to ask for wash cloths at the front desk that she had to find. The elevator was our of serve. The ice machines on the first and second floor were also out of serve"

"Chipotle, In & Out, McDs., Costco, I-5 and lots more nearby. Bed was clean, comfy, and good linens. Hot shower with nice towels. Hard surface flooring inside my secure room. No smells. Parking lot, hallways, and lobby were dark and dated. Late night check in to just sleep & shower. This is a good, safe budget option for roadtrip."

"The room that we stayed in was absolutely disgusting. After driving for over 7 hours we checked into the room slightly before midnight. I noticed instantly a heavy mildewy smell from the bathroom. There was mold all over the walls in the bathroom, the sink wasn't clean and all of the bedding was completely filthy, nothing had been wiped down in a very long time. The carpets were completely soiled stained. We ended up sleeping on top of the covers with extra blankets we brought. We also saw a homeless guy pushing a shopping cart stop and look into lower level ground floor windows"

"It was the perfect location for our reason to be in Redding. Staff was accommodating and room was clean. Breakfast a nice bonus. Would stay again "

"I did not feel like the property was particularly welcoming for either people or dogs. The staff seemed annoyed when questions came up. For example, morning coffee was promised in the lobby, but there wasn't any. Guests had to go to the restaurant and stand around and wait. The hotel is modern and beautiful and in a lovely location. But not friendly. "
