"Good location, but the staff is lacking. Poor maintenance culture. It's disappointing to see such a beautiful place left to disrepair because the staff is not trying enough. My room comes with free breakfast, but they seemed to run out of Nescafe satchel and sugar. Fot the amount I pain, it was unacceptable. "

"Good location and general condition of the facility is ok. However, the attitude of management and staff is deplorable, especially towards hotel reservations on Expedia. They show disdain towards Expedia reservations and when there’s a problem or issue to clarify or resolve they hesitate or bluntly refuse to contact Expedia and visit the consequences on the guest. Expedia needs to clarify and agree their modus operandi with this hotel."
