"Tried to charge us for a service animal. Room smelt bad. Things in room were falling apart. "

"Check-in was extremely disorganized and took a long time likely due to the hotel using a newer computer system. Hotel staff seemed confused by the new system which caused issues. Our first room was determined to be unacceptable due to stains on bed mattresses indicating possible bed bugs. We were told that the room's window had been left open for over 24 hours by a previous guest allowing some insects to get in and that the room may need to be fumigated. After requesting to be re-roomed, we were assigned a room adjacent to the first room which we determine to be unacceptable since bugs can often travel between walls. I also heard other hotel guests experiencing challenges with the check-in and rooming process including one who was given a room in which another guest was already assigned."

"Checked into our room booked a non smoking. Room definitely had a smoker in it. Holes on the walls, beds were concave. Didn't end up staying, they won't refund my money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE! "

"After my first review I was back a few weeks later. Nothing changed except I had a couple front people that were really good. But still dull breakfast everyday no changes, lack of kitchen staff to refill when out of food or basic things like salt. Gym still broken and no water in the water cooler. Still dirty and lack of professionalism from the staff outside of 2. One girl named Chris and the other a red head man. Did not get name but very good. Not sure I will be back. Loved location but hotel needs a lot of work. This time pool was cold and hot tub like warm bath at best."

"Good stay, not excellent. Facility condition was average, not great as we have come to expect. Needs updating and remodeling. Small repairs such as for the peeling paint from the base boards and broken tile would greatly enhance the overall appeal. Even the bathtub needed repair work done and there was a strand of hair on the toilet seat. Not a good first impression for cleanliness. "

"Very nice place and just what I needed as my husband has been staying in the hospital and I was tired of hotels. The only downside was I had to check out!!! I highly recommend this place!!!"
