"Ignore the fancy pictures. It literally is just a small building converted into a hotel. No frills, no windows - just a room with a bathroom if you go with the cheapest rooms. If you're looking for western hotel standards, you should pass. But if you're like me and you're ok with the no frills, then you should be ok here."

"Great hotel with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious, with plenty of room to move around and store our luggage. I especially liked the large sofa and movable desk/table, which made the room very practical and comfortable. The free laundry facilities were also a huge plus. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable hotel!"

"Overall cleanliness of hotel is ok but for a two year plus hotel, noticed the shower room (both on walls and floor) were not thoroughly scrubbed over time. Dust could be seen above counter. The room size and design is what I may reconsider for future stay. I booked executive room but executive lounge not in service. We were not told that we could enjoy snacks/drinks at the bar (between 5:30-7:30pm) until the last night. Thanks to James at the Concierge who told us about it. At least two other staff at the check-in reception were not as informative when we asked about transportation arrangement to the Wusongkou cruise centre. She told us to book for a taxi when I asked if we could take a ride on the hotel’s coach with the other guests and she said no! I even offered to pay for the ride. Very unhelpful! Thanks again to James when I checked with him before checking out that morning and he arranged for us to get on the coach with the other guests."

"Great hotel under the brand at that location. Hotel however does need a bit of upgrade though. Wasn’t too impressed with room as there are following designs issues: 1) Power sockets at the desk area. The universal socket is under the desk, making it difficult to use. The sockets above the table are at the extreme end, making it far from the working space. I ended using the smaller, narrow side table instead. 2) Electrical switches can be better located. The toilet’s switches are right beside the entrance, when it should be nearer to the toilet itself. 3) The hanging lamp at the sink soils have been placed at the other side when the entrance to the toilet is narrow. I hit it several times. 4) The light switches in the room can be better segmented. Can’t do selective powering off/on. Apart from the room, the breakfast looked extensive, but there actually weren’t much options. I must however compliment the breakfast crew, especially the lady who made my omelette in the morning. She’s always courteous n smiling."
