"Room was clean, and there IS a fan in the bathroom (big plus in my book), but I had to keep the curtains drawn, because there was mold all along the window trim. The continental breakfast was ok. Limited selection, but oatmeal, cereal, fresh fruit, juice, bread for toast and microwavable bkfst sandwiches were fine. I found it was worth the money for the night. good location, right off of the highway and right on the shore of the Lake."

"The staff were all very friendly as we came and went. The contactless cleaning approach for those staying for a few days worked great. Our suite could use a new mattress and fitted sheet because one side had a large divot and the elastic on the sheet was so stretched out it wouldn’t stay on all night. We tried laying sideways the 2nd night so we could avoid one of having to sleep in the hole but that didn’t work well due to my height. My husband ended up stepping up and sleeping on that side our last 2 nights."

"We had a great stay! We liked that it was within walking distance from a lot of shops, restaurants and the lake! We also liked that there was both an inside and outside pool. The games being offered were a nice perk. The only suggestion would be to update the towels. They are quite worn and some were stained."

"Homestead Suites is a wonderful resort which has a caring, efficient staff, very comfortable beds, modern showers, and a coffee and tea station available 24/7. The swimming pool looks great but we did not have time to use it. We experienced an error with Expedia only booking one of our 2 rooms, which were previously booked. The staff was very patient with us being upset, obtained a printout from Wxpedia confirming the error from Expedia, and found us an extra room after awhile which was very satisfactory. Their recommendations for dining were very good. Their location is perfect close to Fish Creek and nit far from Ephraim. I would highly recommend Himestead Suites for a very pleasant stay. "Hubby and I are so glad we booked The Shallows after several years of considering it. Rooms are nice, very clean & very roomy. The Shoreline unit we stayed in was 100' or so walk to the water. Lots of seating options to sit and enjoy the Green Bay and the wildlife. We were looking to rest, relax & de-stress and boy did we. The Shallows felt homey from the get-go and the wooded surroundings & the water lapping on the shoreline gave us the relaxation we were seeking. We'll surely be returning."

"Check-in and Check-out was smooth. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good; they packed a lot of food in a fairly small area. There was a baseball tournament in town, so we didn't get an opportunity to check out the pool area but the crowd in there seemed to be having a great time. We found the stay to be good value for the cost."
