"Michael & Lauren, front desk attendants were so helpful and amazing. We asked to change to other rooms and they were so accommodating. The layout of the bathroom/living area was strange as there was sliding glass doors that allowed you to see from the bathroom into the sleeping area but they were a very cool design & the kids really enjoyed it. The hotel rooms were clean and everything was good. The breakfast was fresh and a very nice spread. The kids enjoyed the mini donuts. the staff in the breakfast area were so kind and sweet. The onsite restaurant food was very good and the atmosphere was pleasant. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful with helping us decide what to order."

"I've stayed here before, and I very likely will be back. The building is in the process of renovation. That did not really impact the quality of my experience. The breakfast furnished by the hotel was quite good. I was there each morning when it opened. Construction workers and guests mingled; it was enjoyable. I'm a traveling educator who relies on local public transportation to get around. The proximity of this hotel to public bus stops is a plus -though be warned that sidewalks are not consistently located along Harvard Avenue. That's not the hotel's fault."
