"The rooms are spotless and the staff are amazing. Unfortunately the last room we had, 195, had an adjoining door to the next room that had been blocked off. There was quite a bit of residual noise from the next room. Not that the neighbors were excessively loud, I'm just very sensitive to sound. we'll make sure not to get either of those rooms next time. We've been staying here every year for almost 20 years and the only other issue we've ever had was the road noise from the highway on the other side of the building. Fortunately I travel with earplugs. The convenience of parking right outside the room, the location, very close to amenities, restaurants, anything you could need, and the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms makes Accent Inn my only choice when staying in Kamloops to visit our grown children. "

"Everything was good!! The staff was very courteous. Even though I hadn't been able to find your phone number earlier, and booked through Expedia, I wasn't aware of a hospital visit discount. After boking it, I found your local phone # and booked in that we had a dog. When we checked in, because Travis couldn't reimburse us on the hospital discount, he allowed us to check in our dog in exchange. We totally appreciated that!! Thanks!! Plus even though we hadn't checked in the night before, we DID have a hospital appointment in the morning, when we came into town. Because we had reservations to stay that night, and there were only a few in the parking lot, at the time, Travis allowed us to park there while we went to our appointment. We totally appreciate that, especially since Kamloops was undergoing huge construction projects, and there was virtually no parking available elsewhere. Thanks so much, Travis!! "
