"We had the best weekend here! Our room was very nice and clean. I loved the rustic feel. The kitchenette had everything needed, and it was so nice having a full size fridge. We loved the fishing dock, we caught many good trout right from the dock. We did not use the pool but it looked like fun! We can’t wait to come back. Not sure for how long but the restaurant has a temporarily closed sign."

"Room was clean..staff was excellent.,I really needed a suite for my elderly mother and uncle and the elevators were down... The worst part to me was thinking about those folks having to get their cleaning carts from floor to floor.....I'm sorry but I know this corporation can afford to stock each floor with necessary supplies...that's just expecting way too much as far as I'm concerned.."

"This is a great property for exploring outdoors and watching wildlife. We saw turkey, deer, otters and more. Spent days and even nights at the creek. The outdoor sitting area down by the creek was perfect for cooking hamburgers and roasting marshmallows. Was a little disappointed there wasn't more walkable access to the river for fishing but that's no fault of the owners. House was clean and beds were comfy. Would recommend if you enjoy the outdoors or just want to get away from everything."

Cozy Heber Springs Cabin w/ Deck & Dock!

"This dog-friendly, studio-type cabin is perfect for a couple and their dog. The kitchen has a two-eye cooktop with overhead fan, a toaster oven/air fryer, microwave, full-size refrigerator, toaster, and coffeemaker and all the implements one needs. Bathroom has a shower and a jacuzzi in addition to the standard fixtures. Cable TV is mounted on the wall (we never turned it on). Bed is comfortable. Back of unit has a nice balcony with chairs overlooking the river. Outside grill for burgers and steaks. Multi-level deck with chairs and table has steps that lead down to a catwalk attached to a roofed fishing platform on the river that has a sink and table and chairs. The fishing is dependent on the release of water from the dam, which was from around 4-8pm first three days we were there. And, above all, this place is quiet and peaceful, and a great place to unwind. This was our fourth time to visit and second time this year. That should tell you something."

"We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to come back next year! The house is beautiful, spacious, and honestly even nicer in person than the pictures. The river was also much clearer than the photos made it look. When the water was lower, you could easily see the bottom and watch fish swimming around.We had an awesome time fishing and caught rainbow trout, sculpin, and northern hog suckers right from the dock. The kids loved the zip line, kid-friendly axe throwing, and arcade games. Those little extras made the stay even more fun.The house came stocked with plenty of starter supplies, including dish soap, laundry pods, dishwasher detergent, a paper towel roll, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and trash bags, which was really appreciated. The kitchen was stocked with just about everything we needed.The only suggestions I’d make would be adding a pasta strainer, a couple more baking sheets, and a pizza pan. One thing to know is that when the river is low, the walk down to the dock is pretty steep, but once the water came back up it wasn’t bad at all.Overall, we had an amazing stay and would absolutely recommend this place. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year!"
