"I booked a room with one king bed through Expedia, and the reservation clearly confirmed that room type. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the room had two twin beds instead. When I returned to the front desk to address the issue, I was told that all of the king rooms were already booked, even though my reservation specified a king bed.
What made the experience more frustrating was the lack of assistance from the front desk staff. There was little effort to help resolve the situation or offer any alternative solution. In addition, I had prepaid for breakfast, but the breakfast vouchers were not provided during check in and I had to remind the staff to give them to me.
Overall, the stay was disappointing because the room type I reserved and paid for was not honored, and the service during check in did not reflect the level of hospitality I expected."
