Safe surrounding area, very clean, staff very nice, room was spectacularly clean, comfy bed/pillows, lots of space, whole kitchen with dishwasher/stovetop/glass & dishware/full size fridge & automatic ice maker. Exceeded my expectations! Also appreciate the elevator as I have mobility issues

receptionest destiny extremely rude was on her phone. not rude to just me but another customer. gave me a room where ac didnt work was move to another room a smoking room where even the smoke detectors had bags covering them. wont stay here again after 7vyears this was our go to spot
