"Big clean room, with a big clean shower/tub combo. Right next to grant park so it was super close to all of the cool things. Night time was a little iffy, but in the day time this area was super convenient"

"The entire staff was friendly and accommodating with any issues or needs. Nicole the Director of Rooms provided excellent customer service and support. We had a room issue and she immediately responded with a resolution. Gary was amazing!! The offered daily bottles of water at no cost."

"They limit interactions with guests as much as possible. They want you to mobile check in and not talk or deal with you directly. Issues with mobile check in and they acted like it was a hassle to help."
