"When we first arrived the room had a mildew smell. But, i went to the store and brough some air freshener, air spray, candles which helped alot. Everything else was good. "

"Room wasn’t very clean. The bathroom looked very poorly maintained. Questionable refillable shampoo/hand wash etc (did not use but pumped out to see). Old coffee cup under the portion of the bed that’s open. The appearance of the bathroom made us question the cleanliness of the whole room. Beds were comfortable but questioned the sheets cleanliness. Good for 1 night quick stay at most. Pet friendly but steep pet fee. Parking costs $12 - the fees added up to a price point where we should’ve just stayed at a nicer and cleaner hotel."

"Handy location next to the Mall with plenty of restaurant choices and shopping. Only issue was the AC was a little noisy when it first came on."

"Excellent rooms"

"Clean room ameneties were good, staff was good but i thought they could have been more informative did not tell me when checkout was or point me to any ameneties on the property, did not even tell me where my room was he just handed me the key. I had to ask which way to go.The worst part was the bed! My wife is sore and says she feels like she slept in a ditch on her side of the bed. It was a very big dip in bed in room 101. Also my room TV said welcome Robert, my name is not Robert. Rooms on the ground level have no porch or balcony which i was exspecting to have, i asked to change rooms because i wanted the porch with balcony chairs and table but you cant get that on ground floor and there were "no more rooms available" To be fair my cousin and aunt stayed in 2 other rooms and had no complaints."
