"Clean spacious "

"So it was my daughter 13th birthday and I wanted to surprise her with a nice pool scenery. When we arrived at the hotel we checked in and to our surprise the pool was closed. That sucks because all she really wanted was to get inside a pool. Also the staffing was really nice at the desk but room service sucks. Did not stop by the room as we asked to freshen up the bedsheets and give fresh towels. Lied and left a note on the door about a sign on the outside of the door was the reason for not doing their job which was a lie. Last was the dollies for luggage were always missing as if the guest kept them inside their rooms and staffing didn’t instruct them to return them so we carried our bags back and forth multiple trips up and down the elevator. Never going back again."

"Stayed at Hilton Alpharetta. The bedsheets were dirty, and housekeeping was done only once during a 4-day stay. Expected much better cleanliness and service from a Hilton property. Disappointing experience."
