"Gerald was very helpful when their was a room error and was fast to respond. The pillow sheets needed to be changed sone had stains but very small that why i gave a 4 star on cleanliness. But overall 5 star stay the staff was amazing especially the bars tenders "
"The breakfast staff a spanish gentle man and female where excellent, Almost smiling an greeting us. They where polite and welcoming. They kept the eating area super cleaned and stocked. I felt at home. One of the maintenace workers from the pool area ( female) was also very attentive, always offering clean towels and checking premises where cleaned. I also called the front desk to ask for an extra pillow and blanket and received it in a few minutes. Great staff. "

"Nice lobby decor and space, clean and fresh atmosphere and good vibe. Very important, in my view, once entering a space you’re paying for. Accommodating sitting areas and restrooms throughout the main areas in hotel; rooms were clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast was olrite not to get excited , staff were friendly and resourceful. Surrounded with easy to get to restaurants-stores, and major roads."
