"Had to wait 1/2 hour for check in. Didn’t give me the ocean view room , Floor and deck were dirty. Recommend you book though there site because the won’t upgrade or fix anything up for you if booked through Expedia. Unhappy customer Don’t recommend"

"The property was awesome! We stayed here with our closest friends to celebrate our birthdays. Everyone agreed it was the perfect spot.The property itself was immaculate. Upon arrival it was clean with no issues. Every room was beautiful and felt VERY spacious. The only note is that from the lowest level room (next to the garage) to the 2nd level (where the main living room and kitchen are) is a spiral stair case. So you would have to enter from the main door if you have issues with small staircases. Besides that it was much more then we were expecting.Within a couple hundred feet there was a path down to the beach. We all walked to beach every morning and it was amazing. We walked to the pier which was about 1.5 miles.It was a short Uber ride to downtown San Clemente where we enjoyed Pizza Port and some local bars with live music and a Goonies themed speakeasy!We are definitely planning to do this again at the same property. Don't hesitate if you are thinking about staying here. You won't regret it."

"The room wasn't very clean. There was hair on the beds, in the bathroom, and in the shower. The floor was sandy, there was mold along the backsplash of the sink, and the faucet was empty. "

"My family and I absolutely loved our time staying here! We would highly recommend to everyone. We had a family of eight stay here and it was very comfortable and we had more than enough space. The view of the ocean/beach is absolutely incredible and something that was unexpected to us! Proximity to San Clemente and surrounding retail/restaurants was great. The communication from the management company was great as well.Overall, we had a 10/10 experience and would definitely recommend this place to anybody considering it!"

"Parking in front of motel door. There was lots of freeway noise during the night. I probably noticed because I'm a light sleeper. Everything else was great. Clean room and comfortable bed."
