"Check in was awesome and the room was great. However, I locked my keys in my car an hour before check out and went to go wait for the locksmith in room my but my key card was already deactivated - and I had not checked out with the front desk. I had to wait in the lobby area, which normally wouldn't have been an issue except that it was swelteringly hot. Not sure if the AC was broken or if the staff turned it up for their own comfort but it was like a terrarium in there. I was so hot I began...
