"Annie was so every brilliant, very helpful and friendly. The place really needs a makeover as it is very tired looking. Very nice staffs be warned the water will be on and off on various days but it's the whole area seem to have some kinda water shortages but apart from it, it's a very good location easy access to everything, bakery, supermarket, cafe and all the bars and restaurants and right by the hotel is a beautiful park."

"Beautiful studio right on the beach
 we could walk from our back door on the beach all the way to Plage des Raisin Claire. We’ll equipped kitchenette (cutting board, salad spinner) we were able to prepare several nice meals. Super clean. Property manager very professional."

"Marie received us with open arms and ensure d we had food for dinner after a long travel day for me coming from USA and my friend coming from Spain. The apartment is beautiful and clean and accommodated us perfectly. From there excursions where easy to do. It was always nice to come back to the porch and enjoy dinner and the self-made MaracuyĂĄ punch from Marie. Marie is wonderful!"

"We found the accommodation to be good value for money compared with properties nearer the beaches. It was @ 10 minutes walk to beaches and restaurants. The flat had a well equipped kitchen, air-con and a nice terrace. Good communication from the owner too. "

"The property had all one could expect in the way of amenities and facilities. The land lady provided a small welcome hamper with nice elements of Guadeloupe. Some work was being done on other units of the property but everyone tried their utmost to limit the impact on us whilst we were present. Obviously during the day we were mostly out and about the island. Once the works are done in a matter of weeks, it should make the place even more interesting and we'll certainly look to come back. "This property was in a great location with a short walk to the beach in a very quiet area. However, we felt somethings could have been better inside the unit. For us we felt the bed was very hard and the pillows very uncomfortable. The furniture ( sofa and chair) also very hard. The kitchen was nicely equipped, although the toaster should be replaced. It didn't work. Tvs were the smallest we have ever seen. Overall we probabaly wouldnt stay here again."

"Beautiful gated area, quiet and very relaxing. The room was very clean, had the perfect view of the ocean. The open kitchen on deck to have your breakfast and supper and enjoy the outside, even look at the ocean being in your own room, this was excellent. Short distance walk to the beach, which was perfect. Not a lot of people on the beach which almost felt like your private beach ... enjoyed every minute. A pool walking distance too but didn’t use it because we are beach people more than pool....
