"Clean and spacious resort. Being spread out makes it less crowded or noisy. Good pool and ocean is long and plenty of space to seat. "

"Beautiful resort, nice pools and very attentive staff. Great restaurants with delicious food and with big variety. We loved our stay in this resort. The only thing that we consider was lacking was maybe more pool activities by the entertainment staff like games and competitions. Also an actual Teen club would have been nice as our 14 year old daughter didn’t have much for options if it wasn’t for soccer, volleyball etc in the athletic area."

"Our room was a swamp. The AC blew but it never removed the moisture from the air. Our clothes were damp, the bed sheets were damp. Everything was damp. Water dripped off the face of the drinks refrigerator. The sliding door was fogged in the morning. My phone wouldn't charge because of the humidity in the room. (Charge port detected moisture) We had to buy a wireless charger. So no rest in the room, but the garden view was quite pleasant!"

"The rooms are older and starting to show their age. Discolouration on mirrors, toilet flush mechanism missing decorative part. Everything still works fine though. Their idea of a Garden View and not the best either (dilapidated old buildings in the forested area) but I didn’t go there to stay in my room so not a huge deal either. The food was good. Love the spa. The employees were all friendly. So overall a 3.5-4 star review overall. "

"The resort is lovely, the building is well laid out, the amenities are great, the food is very good, and there is a wonderful breeze that flows through the lobby. All of this is wonderful and can be replicated in other resorts. But the thing that sets this resort apart is the staff! They are amazing and they care so much! Karen and Natali as concierges, Erik and Roberto assisting at the pool side and at the beach, the entertainment staff of Abigail, Perla, and Edwin were just wonderful. The serving staff at the restaurants were also top notch. Our daughter has celiac disease and an allergy to peanuts. This was noted and carefully catered to at every meal. Suggestions were made for alternatives and each menu had options for her. I would like to specifically recognize Manuel in El Patio, Jose, Teresita, and Bradley in Oceana. This was one of the best family vacations we have had! Thank you!"

"I had an amazing stay here، and honestly, it exceeded my expectations. The resort is beautifully maintained-clean, organized, and very well taken care of. The staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and always helpful, with fast and impressive service. The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are large. The restaurants offer a good variety, and we enjoyed most of what we tried. The 24-hour coffee shop was a highlight. The pools are clean, well-maintained, and never feel overcrowded. A special mention to the entertainment team—they were welcoming and added so much fun to our stay. We especially want to thank Jhonny, who taught us how to make bracelets, and we also enjoyed a painting session. There are plenty of activities to enjoy, including yoga, ceramics, dancing, and a fun foam party. The beach requires a short shuttle ride, but honestly, that turned out to be part of the charm. I didn’t expect to enjoy the ride as much as I did—it added a unique touch to the experience. The beach itself is in a great location, clean, and offers excellent service. The beach area is near local shops and a street full of stores, so we could easily go out, walk around, explore, and come back without going far. The resort and beach are also stunning for photos—every corner is beautiful. I want to emphasize again how exceptional all the staff were—their kindness and service truly went above and beyond."
