"Overall, the resort was very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was great, and we really enjoyed our stay. My only complaints were with the beach pool. In my opinion, it closes too early, especially considering it’s one of the resort’s main “vibe” pools. I also wish the DJ would stay longer to keep the atmosphere going. The bartender service at the beach pool could also be improved, as service was a little slow at times. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider coming back. With a few improvements to the beach pool experience, this resort could be even better."

"This property is amazing! We love staying here. The pools are nice. Really warm water which would be the only thing we would have changed. The beach is extremely nice. Everyone on the property was nice, happy and helpful."

"We had difficulty getting our room cleaned while we were out. The buggy rides from our particular villa were excessively long, and there was no way to walk. We experienced significant delays in some cases."

"First Visit, Already Home My daughter and I stayed at the Four Seasons Punta Mita for the first time, and our experience was absolutely wonderful. From the incredible pool and beautiful surroundings to the impeccable cleanliness and exceptional staff, everything was truly amazing. What stood out most was how welcomed and comfortable we felt throughout our stay. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. We loved every minute of our visit and will definitely be back soon!"

"I liked the rooftop yoga. Although I did not cook the kitchen was well stocked. Quiet street, close to the beach and the market. Staff helped with the tour plans. The restaurant had delicious beverages. The pool needs some updating but perfect for my family. The balcony was great watching the thunder storms."

"Staff were very helpful. Josue kept in touch with us during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. Food quality isn’t the best I’ll give it a 7 out of 10. The AC in our room wasn’t working properly and we lost power during our stay. The glass tiles were pealing and you could see inside our bathroom."

"I loooovveeeeee it here everyone was so helpful. Customer service was amazing as soonest you walked in the staff greeted you with a smile. If you are looking for luxury and culture at the same time W resort is the place to stay. My room was clean private pool right outside my room with a lake view was breath taking. I’m definitely coming back ☀️"
