"Great location with Fantastic views. Enjoyed hanging out with my family. I got my exercise in walking up and down the path from the city to the house. Conveniently located close to the beach and city. It takes about two minutes to walk up the path to the house. Surfboards and boogie boards are available at the property if you would like to indulge in that."

"We booked and stayed 1 night in this very cute on the beach cabana. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. We had a beautiful view and enjoyed the ocean waves all night. "We stayed at the property for 2 weeks and rented a golf cart from Ray and Michele as well. Michele was lovely to deal with, very responsive and the list of favourite restaurants in the area was very helpful. Ray also took the time to show us around La Cruz when we arrived which was greatly appreciated. The negatives were cold showers as the water heating system was not working properly, and the house was very dark especially in the kitchen making food preparation difficult. "Punta Sayulita is a very unique community. Nested in beautiful trees and vegetation with stunning sea views and a fantastic Club House. Casa Kocomo is lovely, very nice rooms with views and a nice pool. The best thing was to have Chaito and her team cook us breakfast and delicious lunches, followed by wonderful Margaritas done by Enrique. It felt like a 5 star resort. "Everything was perfect right from the time we booked this hotel. Check in was seamless, staff is super friendly and the whole property is spotless. We had a family suite on the bottom floor and it was perfect, lots of room for our 3 young kids.
