"Ice machine wasn’t working. Staff response was indifference. Asked about where I could go to buy some (needed for food cooler) told there was no where close by. Hallways were dirty. Animal hair on the stairs. No elevator. Would not recommend to anyone."

"We booked an overnight stay after a long drive from Toronto. We had room with two double beds. It looked nothing like the photos. The smell going into the room was overwhelming - floral/fragrant cleaning products/incense. Even after we opened windows and turned on fan, the smell remained overnight. The bed was hard and springy with very light sheets. There was caulking over caulking, covering probably mold. Outside of the room smelled like weed from the time we arrived until the time we left in...

"Really enjoyed our stay here. Was a convenient stop in a long road trip. Location was very clean with gas station and restaurants nearby. The pool area was large and clean and we really enjoyed the hot tub after a long car ride. Rooms were clean and modern- we enjoyed the two separate washroom areas (one are with a sink and shower, and another space with a toilet and additional sink. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection of hot and cold items. Would definitely stay here again."
