"1. Leider waren mehrere Schränke von Innen mit Schimmel befallen, sodass ein Ausräumen der Koffer eher gesundheitsgefährdend gewesen wäre. 2. Auch die Bäder waren vom Schimmel befallen - ein Chlorreiniger könnte da Abhilfe schaffen. Luxus/Sauberkeit nicht gegeben. 3. Am Pool lagen bei Ankunft noch Essenreste und vergammeltes Obst von den Vormietern(?) herum - auch das haben wir dann entfernt - weil ekelhaft. 4. Überall stand: Bitte die Polsterauflagen immer zurück in die dafür vorgesehen Box...

"A wonderful property. Views were incredible. Properly very clean and well looked after. Communication with rental company excellent. Local neighbours friendly, close to all amenities and attractions. Would recommend the opera concert at Bardolino and a boat tour from Sirmione. Great memories created."

The property manager site was awesome- answered all my questions immediately and emailed me over a week before the stay with a PDF of property info and area attractions. The house was clean and comfortable and had all the comforts of home- smart Tv, fully stocked kitchen, AC in the bedrooms, clothes washer, parking and WiFi. Killer views too!"

"Alles war nahezu perfekt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Organisation und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief ebenfalls reibungslos. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das Letzte mal dort. Vielen Dank für sen schönen Urlaub. Also, das würde ich im Haus noch ändern: 1. Eine Stehlampe im Wohnbereich für indirekt schönes Licht. 2. "Sehr ruhig. Hauptschlafzimmer klimatisiert. Ansprechpartner haben immer sofort reagiert. Eigener Autostellplatz. Sauberer Pool. Nette Nachbarn. Etwas mehr Platz in den Zimmern. Es ist alles sehr eng und zugestellt mit den zusätzlichen Stockbetten. Kaffemaschine könnte durch ein neueres Modell ersetzt werden."

The chalet was spotless, endless gadgets and mod cons, huge garden and very attractive clean swimming pool. Plenty of places to sit outside and shaded areas. The villa itself has everything that you would need for a family including a dishwasher and washing machine. The bedrooms were a great size with plenty of storage and the two bathrooms were immaculate with superb showers in each. "Firstly location was perfect. A very short walk from the ferry. The hotel is on the water so take up the option of a balcony room so you can enjoy the views and the sunset. Nothing was too hard for the staff. We asked and got a kettle and a man came to spray the insects that do come in if the doors are open. Plenty of eateries around and music often playing in the two restaurants either side of us. Breakfast plentiful. Highly recommend. "

"Staff friendly & helpful, room & dining area bright & well furnished. Beautiful outlook across lake from dining room & balcony, nice to have good standard patio furniture on balcony. Breakfast very good with lots of options. Easy walk from train station, but we did take a taxi back as slightly uphill & a warm day. Lovely walks into town or lakeside, plenty of dining options."

"Great hotel in a nice location. Most of the staff were excellent, especially Andrea, the barman. Great customer service skills. One lady at lobby was less friendly when I was checking in on Sunday, but overall the experience was very positive. The breakfast had great options. I’ll definitely come back when visiting Lake Garda again. "
