OK for average business trip but dont expect much

the staff were very friendly, overall ok for business BUT it could do with a deep clean, the walls were not the cleanest and the carpet was stained.

It was good and clean but there are no windows in the room, and the breakfast was too bad. Also, there hot water wasn't running properly and there is no fan in the bathroom

The hotel is not the same as before

I booked 2 rooms for myself and my colleague. One of the rooms was not available when we checked in, although it was at 9 PM. I had stayed in this hotel many times in the past abf it was excellent. They apparently changed ownership and brand, to something called Spectrums. The management is terrible, customer service does not exist. Honestly, this is the last time i would book in this hotel, and if I had known that the brand has changed, i wouldn't have booked in it.

الاثاث ابيض بشكل عام و سهل التوسخ و مستهلك و يوجد غبار في بعض الاماكن في الغرفة و لا توجد منشفة للشخص الاخر في الغرفة و تم طلب المنشفة و لكن للاسف لا يتم الرد على الهاتف الا بعد المرة الرابعة و تاخر العامل كثيرا في احضار المنشفة

The property was local to the office No staff on the front desk at checkin, not very welcoming when they finally arrived. Bedroom unmade (at 16.45) next day, when I returned from work so couldn’t be used. Previous occupant’s food left in the bedroom (unfinished take-away). WiFi password changed randomly during stay without notice or explanation. Wrong food order delivered to bedroom by room service.
