Breakfast was great. A lot of options to choose from. Hotel was very clean, amazing finishing with marbles shows great aesthetics. Its location is also in close proximity to a lot of business hubs. Will definitely try to stay here again. Only downside was they charged me half day’s price for early check in at 9am - but receptionist was courteous to include complimentary breakfast for that half day.

Perfect for long and short stay

Definitely belonging to the top 3 of the hotels I have ever stayed. The hotel is new, spacious room, nice bathroom and clean. The breakfast was delicious. Big thanks to all the staff - example of hospitality - which makes me feeling like at home.

The room was lovely, the staff are very nice but the quality of food really needs improvement. It isn’t the chefs fault, I think this hotel needs to reconsider the quality of the produce and ingredients they’re purchasing, even though I’d paid for breakfast I hardly ate a thing.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! Traveling alone can sometimes feel a bit daunting, but the staff here made everything so easy and comfortable from the moment I arrived. I got in way earlier than the standard check-in time, but they welcomed me warmly and let me into my room with no fuss at all. Every single person I interacted with was kind, respectful, and incredibly helpful. It truly felt like they cared, which made all the difference. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience – thank you for making my stay so pleasant!

Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff, really close to a mall and also metro station. You may take it to go to Library (King Fahad Library Station) and also major attraction area (Bank Albilad Station). And you may get off at Alinma Bank station to go to famous skyscapper (bottle openner one). Gym, pool, breakfast and lunch buffet, everything was great, thank you.

So happy with my choice to stay here!

Loved this hotel. Great service and immaculately clean. Air conditioning worked great and the breakfast was delicious. The location is ideal: it's a very short walk to the blue metro line and a shopping mall with an excellent grocery store.

I stayed twice here. It's a new property and is very clean. The staff are friendly. The bed was comfy and the food was great. The internet was very poor and the room was very cold, you can not change the temperature as the control doesn't work. Is worth coming back

Really bad first impression, we got there early from a long flight, they had our room ready, but they wanted to charge us to check in earlier. It’s not nice, since we were staying there for 1 week. They would have lost nothing by letting us into the room a few hours ready since that’s our room for the night. Never had this sort of money grabbing behaviour from other hotels. Usually hotels will let their guests in earlier if the room is ready. :(

I stayed in what was supposed to be a Junior Suite for four people, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I had booked a room with multiple beds, yet we were given one bed and a sofa that didn’t open into a bed. When I asked about it, no refund or solution was offered. On top of that, the Wi-Fi connection was extremely poor and there was no cellular signal inside the hotel, making it very difficult to stay connected. The only positive aspect was the breakfast — it was fresh, varied, and well-prepared. Overall, while the breakfast was enjoyable, the rest of the stay did not meet expectations.
