" I had a wonderful stay at Luxent Hotel for 4 days. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long flight day. The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. I also really enjoyed the amenities, especially the pool and breakfast buffet. Everything felt well-organized and welcoming. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby establishments. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. "The hotel has a direct access to the mall which is very convenient. The staff are all very helpful and pleasant. Unfortunate for me that the water pipe repairs happened during my stay, I'd still wouldn't mind coming back again."

"The room did not have a fridge, there was no kettle or beverage glass to accompany the provided bottled water which was supplied in the room. The dental kit was supplied, but the soap amenities was very minimal. The towels: no floor mat/towel was provided, nor hand towel or face towel either - only a bath towel was provided. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and the room was spacious and came with a work desk. The aircon was nice and cold and worked well. Staff provided excellent customer service."
