The property had flaking paint in bedroom looked like water damage. Overall cleanliness was poor lots of dust and cobwebs particularly upstairs behind sofa bed. Covers off sockets in two rooms. Lamp needs attention upstairs. Needs curtains in bedrooms to block out the light. We have stayed at this resort three times never had issues before.

Wir fahren immer wieder gern ins Enjoy Resort. Die Unterkunft ist super. Der Wellnessbereich und und das Schwimmbad sind sehr schön. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen immer wieder gern.

Es hat alles gut gepasst und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vorallem war es toll das man das Schwimmbad und Sauna mitbenutzen konnte.

Dårlig rengøring, men god spa

Vi havde problemer med en dårlig rengøring, så der var madkrummer over det hele og myrer i hele stueetage, da vi kom. Vi gjorde opmærksom på det med billeder næste morgen. Vi fik ikke god service omkring det fra receptionen, så vi måtte selv tage os af det og leve med at rydde op efter begge dele. Huset noget slidt m gamle senge og ikke vedligeholdte fuger - derfor myrer. Men koncept som altid fint m en feriehytte og adgang til spa om dagen. Spa var fint, og vi fik også behandling (massage m budyscrub), og her var vi heldige med, at behandler var virkelig dygtig til massage og behandler sportsfolk. Så en af os fik løst et skulderproblem, der havde drillet længe. Da vi skulle tjekke ud ramte vi igen ind i receptionen med en lidt øv oplevelse. Søde folk i spa. Godt koncept. Dårlig service i receptionen. Vi var været der sammenlagt 4-5 gange over årene, men kommer nok ikke igen. Vi må hellere betale lidt mere for at få bedre service/standard.

Opstramning

Har brugt Rømø Resort nogle gang efterhånden og er rigtig glad for det. Jeg oplevede spaen som meget beskidt og fremstår noget slidt. Ligeledes fik jeg en beskidt morgenkåber, og beklagelsen i spaen var ikke eksisterende. Huset var ok stand men fandt slik i sofaen, som ikke var vores.

Schmutzig und teuer

Die Betten waren mit Körperflüssigkeiten augenscheinlich vieler Vorurlauber verschmutzt. So eine Verschmutzung habe ich letztes Mal vor Jahrzehnten in einem Rumänischen Autobahnmotel gesehen. Überrascht hat mich auch die Endabzocke in Form von überteuerten Strom und Wasser. Dabei war das Appartement eigentlich sehr schön, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Aber offensichtlich hat das Management das Resort aufgegeben. Jetzt wird einfach nur noch abgezockt bis zum Abriss.
