"Really nice place you can tell it was fairly new. Lots of thought went into it. The only thing that I didn’t care for was the hot tub and pool are not on site. They are down a few miles away and closed for off-season but that is to be expected and with the rain our buildings parking lot was a pond where all the other ones were nice and dry a little bit higher up or more gravel would definitely recommend this stay and stay here again, and we have plans in the future to reserve more cabins. "We loved our stay. There was a few things inside the tree house that needed some care. The bottom sliding door did not lock. The shower head on main level,depending on setting, would spray everywhere and not just forward. The air conditioner could not keep up the first night. It was so HOT when we arrived. If you know there will be guests you really need to set that to be cool for their arrival. That was miserable. The bugs came in so really need screen on front door or do something different to...

"A little dated, but clean. Holes on wall where pictures used to hang. Bathroom vent fan sounded a lot like an old washing machine. Location was good. Parking ample. No microwave, but had coffee pot, safe and mini fridge. Would I stay here again? Maybe."

"Well the air in the rooms did work good, a little noisy, out door pool was out of order and the same for the hot tub , washing machines were both out of order did not try the dryers, the carpets hadn’t seen a vacuum in several days the continental breakfast was fine, it was no 5 star hotel, price was ok, WiFi was mirroring your phone to the tv? staff was friendly and they did have free coffee available all day that was a plus"

"There was a delay in checking in because there was no hostess. "Away for a minute!" Then I didn't realize the place had no elevators! So we had to get a main floor room with a king bed and a tub because I'm an amputee and in a wheelchair. After several minutes, they came up with a room for us. Well, it was on the main floor, just inside the door from my car; and there was the king bed and a tub! However, the bathroom was really small: hardly could get my wheelchair in to sit on the toilet! Oh, the toilet was from at least the 1970s: small with a small seat that was more than just loose, it almost threw me off when it slipped to side! Then, there was only one partial roll of toilet tissue! We ran out second (departure) day. Used box of facial tissue to finish job. Wait, I left out 2 big things: bed & dresser drawers were so close I couldn't get wheelchair through to the bathroom. They were quick to come down and slightly move dresser drawers. Then we realized there was no mini-fridge or microwave, but staff got ones for us. Put them on top bed stand next to wife's side of bed. The staff was very accommodating -- but it's weird we even had to worry about the issues. Place looks like it's from the 1970s, and our room looked it. Our outside door was marred and the lighting inside was poor. Room was really narrow and old. One picture was of a more modern part of motel, not the old larger part. I doubt we would have booked for over $90 a night for 2 nights if seen real place."

2/10 Terrible

"Booked a room for my mother and my son to go swim. The pool was ice cold. They refused to turn the heater on in the pool and argued with my mom so the water was freezing. The room was flooded. Had to switch rooms. There was workers there at 1 AM outside banging on trailers so there was no sleep. And 6am the workers are back outside banging. Muddy boots in the hallway and the hotel staff are rude and could care less."
