Villa located in Provencal countryside 200 m from a river (the eygues) 7 mins from Vaison la Romaine with all amenities nearby (tulette, villedieu).

5 bedrooms including a master suite, 3 bathrooms (1 on the ground floor with shower + bath, 2 upstairs with Italian shower in master suite and 1 with bath), 2 toilets (ground floor and floor).

Swimming pool fully secured 8 m by 4. Beach submerged for children or to lie in the water. Bright spot and swim against the current. The bottom is spoon to play the flap of 1m to 1m60 deep for jumps.

All parts of the house are air conditioned.

TV in living room (Netflix, ocs ...).

Many outdoor games for children (small house, 2 gantries ropes, swings and slide, very large trampoline, toys ..)

Located in the countryside in a village of 300 inhabitants without any opposite but with all the amenities nearby

Maison idéale pour recevoir vos proches
Un immense merci de nous avoir accueillis chez vous. Notre séjour a été extraordinaire grâce à votre maison. Pour être plus précis dans la description, je tiens à mentionner qu'il y a des grandes tables où tout le monde peut se réunir pour manger à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur, une cuisine pratique et très bien équipée en vaisselle ! Il y a aussi des jeux pour les enfants sur place, comme une maison de poupées, un trampoline, une balançoire et des petits lits. Les salles de bains sont extrêmement fonctionnelles. De plus, les chambres à coucher sont isolées du bruit, ce qui permet aux enfants de dormir sans être dérangés par les conversations animées du soir dans le salon. A noter, tout de même que l'adresse est à Buisson (et non à ROAIX - comme le site peut indiquer par erreur). En effet il y a deux lieux différents pour la même adresse, ne vous trompez pas (pas comme moi). La maison est très simple et très fonctionnelle. J'ai particulièrement apprécié son côté pratique ainsi que la terrasse ombragée. Quant à la piscine, elle était fermée car ce n'était pas la saison, donc elle n'a pas été utilisée. C'est une adresse que je garde précieusement pour de prochaines éventuelles cousinades. Merci encore, PS: je vous ai laissé qq glaces au congélateur :) Cordialement

Super vacances en famille
Maison avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un grand groupe avec plusieurs familles. Une terrasse à l'ombre des arbres pour les repas et les jeux de société, un grand trampoline où les enfants ont passé un temps infini, une allée idéale pour la pétanque et une piscine pour se rafraîchir !

Une capacité d'accueil trop optimisée.
Maison avec 18 couchages, mais il ne faut pas dépasser 12 pour être à l’aise car il y a trois couchages dans des chambres faites pour deux et le lit superposé est en fait situé dans un très petit dressing sans fenêtre et jointif à une salle de bain. Nous avons passé une semaine caniculaire où la climatisation était la bienvenue, mais hélas toutes les chambres n’en sont pas pourvues… La terrasse est très agréable bien qu'elle manque d’air et de panorama sur la belle région de vignobles, le terrain étant entouré de hautes haies, en bordure de route. La piscine nous a été d'un grand secours sous cette chaleur, mais le système de filtration ne semble pas suffisant car elle a tourné au vert pendant notre séjour, malgré nos efforts pour nettoyer les feuilles qui tombent et les appels au propriétaire. Deux enfants ont attrapé une otite. Attention deux caméras de surveillance sont disposées à l'extérieur, ce qui n'est pas interdit mais mérite d'être mentionné dans l'annonce

J'ai fêté mes 40 ans dans cette belle et grande maison au milieu des vignes, où le calme et le chant des oiseaux au réveil ont été très appréciables. Une maison qui peut accueillir plusieurs familles ou amis, avec suffisamment d'espace et de chambres pour se sentir à l'aise. L'extérieur est très agréable, la terrasse ombragée est top et la piscine est la cerise sur le gâteau. Je n'oublierai pas ce week-end de farniente dans le vaucluse, et j'y retournerai sans hésiter ! Merci encore aux propriétaires pour leur disponibilité.
