I had such a wonderful time with my best friend. We were there for two nights and it was so fun and I will go back again if I’m ever visiting Roanoke. The staff was so helpful and the breakfast was amazing. I really loved the cinnamon rolls lol the staff was so accommodating, especially with an issue I had with my booking and they made the whole entire process, simple and easy when I arrived around 4/5 AM in the morning.

Front desk was warm ,welcoming and professional. No wait room was ready at the complete short check in. Lobby, elevator and all the way to room was much cleaner than l expected. Room looked clean , smelled fresh and great room temperature. Definitely would stay again 5+. Thanks for your attention to detail.

Not as clean as a hotel room normally is on arrival. TV sound did not work throughout all the hotel rooms. Kind of a bummer when you want to listen to the TV. Skipped he breakfast bar as the food looked like it had been sitting out for some time. Normally I love Holiday Inn.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful front desk attendant. Our room was clean and quiet and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast area was well attended, clean and stocked full of meats, eggs, a selection of cereals and bakery items and a fresh made pancake service. I would highly recommend this location for the quality stay and pricing.
