The reason for the terrible rating despite the excellent conditions is that I was there for a convention half an hour into the quote about half an hour into the convention. We received word that we were being thrown out. The convention was canceled. I have gotten your money back, but still, it was by no fault of our own. It was because of the hotel.

Not very relaxing in the evening

The room was quiet on the 5th floor. The staff was friendly. The hotel had parties both Fridayand Saturday until 2am with DJs. You couldn’t enjoy anywhere on the first floor because of thumping subwoofer. It was very loud. Even outside seating areas couldn’t be enjoyed because of how loud the music was.

My room was spacious but there were really no perks. All of the soaps and bath products were fastened to the wall making them difficult to access. There were no glasses in the room— only plastic cups for water or other cold beverages. There were several parties held during my stay. The morning following the parties, trash ( dropped plastic forks and cake crumbs, popped balloons) remained on the floor in the main hallway that takes you to the lobby. Not a very good look for your brand and just a messy appearance that reflects an attitude of not caring.

Management sent a text after we checked in to make sure we were happy and to see if they could do anything to make our stay better. I was impressed with the service. We loved the breakfast package! Made to order food vs the typical buffet style.

Hotel was under some renovation. Dont ever plan to eat at the hotel. Breakfast was horrible. Worst I've ever seen. The rest of the hotel was as expected. The beds were very comfortable. As for cleanliness, it was fine, but I refuse to bring black lights to really inspect. I'd rather be blissfully ignorant.

They've worked really hard on the remodel. everything we nice and clean. The staff were good we only had one incident where my husband had to get our keys reprogrammed and he told the desk clerk the light on the door flashed red and they asked him if it flashed yellow. He laughed and said, "the door flashed red." I hope they were just having a brain cloud. That was really the only thing that was annoying. I would not pay for the breakfast again. For $12 I can get better hot food at the dirty Waffle House across the street.
