The hotel was upgraded and smelled fresh. The grounds were clean. The breakfast station was really eye appealing. Overall everything was good. However the pool was so cold. I feel the heater was not working. All the families were shivering in the water. I did not like the fact the water was so cold in the pool area. However the pool was clean and gym area too.

Loved Springhill Suites. Was myself, my partner, and two kids - and we all enjoyed our stay. The kids especially loved the pool and partner loved the gym. All facilities were super clean and well maintained. Breakfast was also good (DIY waffles for the win always). Front desk people were exceptional at check-in. We'll def stay here next time we come to Roanoke.
