We were there during the off-season so they were doing some maintenance updates/ upgrades, but they were very mindful and considerate of the guests at the resort. The staff here was probably the friendliest of all the places I have been and the restaurant was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this place and I will definitely be back.

The property was as advertised and worth what I paid. The location is awesome. There are walkable beaches on both sides of the property and a pier with a bar on the property. The pool is great for kids and there is a section of the sea roped off on the side of the pier which is great for swimming and lounging that I really enjoyed. On the down side, there was construction going on while I was there, which did not bother me too much, however you may want to check the status of it if you plan to stay in the garden view area. Also I am not a big fan of karaoke which they seem to frequently host on the pier bar.

The people are very welcoming & help you find how to make your trip uniquely your own. The restaurant on property, Craft Kitchen, is delicious & I suggest always ordering the special offered for the day. In the evening, the dock has rotating nights of live music, karaoke, and public requests for music. There is an ocean space with tables where you can sit & chat at a table while fish swim around you, or a short walk to the public beach where you can choose an adventure. A very convenient thing is the water taxi space on the dock to make pickup & drop offs simple. Make sure you bring plenty of cash, because cards aren’t widely accepted on the island, but here at the resort, they are.

We stayed for a total of 7 nights, celebrating milestone birthdays and seeing the island for the first time. The Fiesta room was perfect for our family of 6, it was spacious, modern, and very clean. This was a perfect location on the beach, a tiny bit excluded, separate from the other hotels and resorts for privacy and from sellers on the beach but right on the beach and minutes from walking to all the other activity on the beach. Great to sit out on the peer for breakfast, lunch or dinner, 2 bars, one out on the peer to catch a breeze and watch boats going by, The staff was amazing, everyone down to security and groundsmen, really friendly, would go out of their way to accommodate your needs. The room was spacious enough for your things, bathroom shower huge. I just wished it came with a full mirror. That is essential regardless if you are on vacation or not. The breakfast was ok but it was included so that was a plus, I've only been once but I don't think I would want to stay anywhere else. I loved the look of the facility, an island feel to it and the look of it. I preferred to stay somewhere that represented the culture and not something that looked like a hotel. The pool was cute and clean. It was all ocean and that was beautiful again nothing obstruction your view because it was alone but not alone if that makes since, walking paths leading to other parts of the beach, tropical scenary on the property, I loved Caribe Tesoro, rooms clean, temperature perfect in the rooms, I just hope I didn't leave anything out or make it hard for me to book in the future lol I'll be back

We loved everything about Caribe Tesoro! The staff were all so nice and the rooms were clean with wonderful daily housekeeping. The food and bar were outstanding - breakfast included was a huge plus! Proximity to West Bay Divers, excellent restaurants, and West Bay Beach topped the cake! We highly recommend and will return!

This property is well kept and has excellent service personnel in all departments. It is quiet and very relaxing with a beautiful pool, dock, bar area and playground area for kids. I highly recommend a stay here.
