Amazing Home and Luxury Roatan Experience

Our group of five had the most incredible stay at this Vivaro home! The house was absolutely gorgeous, with a seamless indoor/outdoor layout that made every moment feel effortless and luxurious. Location was perfect, we were able to walk to all shops and restaurants in West End. The ocean view from the home was stunning, and we were treated to breathtaking sunsets that lit up the sky every single evening. Owner Tanya and island property manager Matt were both fantastic—super responsive and went above and beyond to answer every question we had. The home is thoughtfully curated and has absolutely everything you could need, making our vacation feel truly special. We can’t recommend it enough and will certainly stay again.....hopefully sooner than later!

Fantastic home and great location

Recently stayed at the Vivaro South house with two other couples for 10 days. The home was wonderful and the staff outstanding to support our stay. Drinking coffee in the mornings under the cabana while gazing at the waves was so relaxing! The beds were very comfortable and having a bathroom for each bedroom made the space great for our three couples. We walked in to the West Bay area each day to grab lunch, dinner, or to just take a walk. The entire experience was outstanding from booking, welcoming us to the area, regular cleaning by the staff, and check ins from the property manager to ensure everything was good. Would definitely stay here again!

Stunning Oceanfront Home - Perfect Location

Stunning home right on the open ocean. Easy walk into West End which is by far our favorite part of the island. We can't over-emphasize the advantage of being able to walk into town. Amazing diving as usual this year. Dove with West End Divers and even saw two Seahorses, which is a rare treat.

Amazing Location and House for a Week with Friends

The photos perfectly capture the beauty and serenity of Vivaro Roatan West End South House. We loved listening to the gentle waves, cooling off in the pool, and relaxing in the shade. Incredible house and easiest vacation

First, the house/pool are incredible, the pictures don’t begin to do it justice. House is very well maintained and the views from the pool are amazing. Simply Amazing

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this property, the people or the location. This was an experience of our lifetime and me, my wife and our two daughters (19 and 23) enjoyed every aspect of this trip. Exceptional Location and Home

I truly couldn’t imagine a better place to stay in Roatán. The home exceeded every expectation — it had absolutely everything we needed and more. There were five of us, and we had plenty of space, but it could easily and comfortably accommodate a larger group. The property is both spacious and beautifully appointed, offering a perfect balance of luxury and comfort. During our stay, we explored all over the island, and without hesitation, we would choose this home again. Its location near West End is ideal, with convenient access to snorkeling, diving, fishing, and boating pickup points. Being so close to everything allowed us to maximize our time and enjoy as many activities as possible. Matt was an outstanding host — an invaluable resource from pre-trip to post-trip. He provided excellent recommendations for restaurants, activities, and local contacts, ensuring we experienced everything we hoped for and more. He was consistently communicative, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our stay exceptional. Amazing

Absolutely beautiful property, right on the water and easy walk into the heart of West End. It’s a little bit ill advised to go in the water right in front of the house due to some jagged rocks, but West End bay is just short walk away for a swim. Other than this, pool is immaculate, decks great for relaxing, great kitchen for cooking, and the staff friendly and helpful. Home fit our family of 6 no problem. We highly recommend.

Perfect Family Vacation

This home is perfect! From the moment you walk in the open front door to the breathtaking views out the open back door it will take your breath away. The house is clean, and beautifully maintained. The pool is amazing and the location of the house is perfect for doing all that Roatan offers! You will be a walk away from the beach, restaurants and local grocery stores. Perfet in every way!

Definitely as advertised. Everything is first rate, from the people, to the property, to the proximity to town. Will be back for sure. One of the nicest places i have ever stayed. Check out Lorettas Island Cooking and Captn R's Guide service for some excellent food and fishing! Thanks to Tanya!!!!!

Breathtaking

We just got back from our 1st trip to Roatan. It is Paradise! We stayed in the Southhouse at Vivaro Roatan and when I tell you its better in person than in the pictures. When you arrive and walk in your taken back. It has everything you need great staff, best part in walking distance to everything. We felt safe we walked at night so quiet and peaceful. Thank you Vivaro we will be back!

Piece of Paradise

Everything was ideal about the house and our stay. The view is just beyond. The house itself is gorgeous and modern and oh so comfortable. The hosts are outstanding and the upkeep of the entire property is superb. 5 stars all the way. It better be available though because we are coming back! If you are looking don’t hesitate. A complete home run.
