"I booked a “Deluxe Loft, 1 Double Bed, Non Smoking, City View” that was supposed to be 538 sq ft (ca. 50 m²) When I got to the hotel, I was given a room that was barely 150 sq ft (ca. 14 m²), and when I asked the reception if a mistake was made, I was told the loft I booked was “closed for the winter”. "Het hotel was netjes, ontbijt was prima. De bedden waren matig. Wij sliepen met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen op de kamer. Het bed voor de ouders was prima, de kussens stelde weinig voor. Het bed voor de kinderen was hard en klein. Uiteindelijk heeft onze dochter op de grond geslapen op de dekens. Net zo hard maar dan wel de ruimte. "
