"Nice big room in a central location. Marco is very friendly too. There was some confusion about check-out time which needs to be updated online. My booking said check-out time was noon, so we went out in the morning and came back to find the room had been unlocked, our possessions moved and staff turning down the room for the next guests. Apparently check out was at 10:30am, but this was never communicated to us. Marco and staff were nice about it though. "

And we all have paid for a service we did not receive. Apart from this lesson in checking the small print, we realized too late that a "private bathroom" is not en-suite"

Only negative would be the limited time for check in. If you don’t make it by the time (we didn’t, our plane didn’t land in time) you have to go around the block to check in/get your keys."
