"I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. The room was extremely disappointing. There were spider webs all over the ceiling, making it obvious that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in quite some time. The baseboards throughout the entire room were covered in dirt and dust, which only added to the feeling that cleanliness was not a priority. To make matters worse, there was no hot water, so taking a shower was not an option. The bed sheets...

"Great and friendly experience."

"They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. "

"The ac had a horrible CLANK. We didn’t get any sleep. It was a very long night"

"Was the bad experience I had and we stayed two hours we left in the middle of the night lotta bugs and the smell of the room lotta mold shame we spend that money there. I believe we have to. They have to give us our money back."
