"We enjoying this little nugget of a place. Located directly on the Little River, we sat on the porch with a blanket most of our first morning listening to the river and the rain. If relaxation is what you are looking for, this is the place for you...the perfect opposite to the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg. Don't forget to visit the Little River Pub & Deli next door for some seriously good sandwiches and a great assortment of local beers."

"It was great being in town but tucked away in a quiet area, and we had every amenity we could possibly need! We especially appreciated the a/c in the bedroom and the surges with usb plug ins at each bedside. The unit was spacious, well decorated and super clean. Bed was comfy and as it was very quiet, we slept great! Plenty of parking for our large vehicle and a cute porch to sit and relax in the evening. As this was a yearly business trip, I'm sure we will be back!"

"Beautiful little condo tucked up in the Smokey Mountains! Well equipped and even had Kcups for coffee in the morning. Breathtaking views from the balcony and grounds. Perfect space for my husband and myself. The road up there was entertaining too - trust your navigation system! Easy access to the national park. We would definitely recommend this unit and would love to stay again."

"The location is perfect, the apartment was immaculately clean and decorated nicely, the first floor was great with our dog, and it was well stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries, and kitchen utensils. The property was beautiful and very clean as well. The only issues we really had were that the bathroom vanities are pretty small, which is no big deal. We made it work. The biggest problem we had was the noise upstairs. There isn’t much the rental agency could really do about it, but it’s bad....

"Place was clean and great access to the strip! We walked the whole time and it wasn’t a bad walk at all. The trolley is right across the street if you want to use that which is a great option! Only downfall was the bed was hard but I would stay again!"

"The cabin was very nice, we had a little trouble checking in, but that was our fault for not knowing how to use the key pad. We had trouble so we contacted the property manager, and she responded in a very quick and timely manner and even FaceTimed us to help!"
