"Hotel 115 Christchurch -A very nice place to stay. A summary: - Pre-arrival contact: We were contacted before our arrival to confirm the booking, etc.; - Parking: the hotel offers parking for a daily fee. (note ask for parking when booking as bays are limited); - Check-in: Check-in was very efficient and helpful;. - Room readiness: The room was ready and very well presented. - Bathroom + toiletries: the bathroom was very clean and the toiletries were very nice; - Storage/cupboards: There was clothes hanging space and drawers. - Tea and coffee making: There was tea and coffee making and a small refrigerator. - Bed: The bed was very nice to sleep in. - Pillows: There were 2 pillows per person. - Locality/restaurants/shops: The location is very central and there were many restaurants, cafe's, convenience stores within walking distance. The main shopping, entertainment and sporting arena areas of the city were also within walking distance. There is also a coin laundromat nearby. - Public transport nearby: The city bus port is within walking distance from the hotel and busses were easy to use. The city has a tram system that people can use to hop-on / hop-off around the CBD for a daily fee. These operateat the front door of the hotel. Hotel dining - no dining is available in house. Recommended."

"This was a great location very tidy and clean just a couple of issues Wifi is not very good and the 2nd bedroom is basically a platform above the living area with rails each side absolutely no privacy at all and open to hearing everything it also has an incredibly steep set of stairs. Apart from that it’s Grt Would I go again Probably depending on who I’m shearing the appt with. Definitely not the in-laws."

"very good basic hotel, aging but comparable with price. Very few TV channels, no Sky, we were there for sport only so very disappointing in this day & age. Meals were good"

"Walls were thin, so at times you heard everything from the neighbours. But apart from that, rooms were good, staff great, great location. "

"great staff, great venue and amenities however we stayed in a bunk bedroom that had a toilet/shower inside it however the rooms outside our front door in the corridor and had their bathroom separate from their room and across the hallway. We had a group of four young ladies who kept on going in and out of the bathroom repeatedly for a few hours late at night (and I am in repeatedly like every five minutes or less which was crazy and I did say something to them about how it was keeping us awake) but it kept going (10pm to 1230am) and the door was very loud!.!! So I don’t know why they want me to do that and what was going on, but it was very annoying "

"We booked Studio Room for 3 nights here. We loved how clean and complete the studio is (washing machine, dryer, kitchen, etc.) Additionally, The hotel surprised us with a nice chocolate and swan decoration to celebrate our honeymoon. Note that hotel parking is paid, but you can try to find free Street parking, or pay a cheaper rate at nearby public parking. If we visit Christchurch again, will definitely stay here again!"
