Enjoy life on the Sunshine Coast! Bike or walk to the Gumboot cafe and shops. Pick up yummy food from the Gumboot Restaurant. Stroll to the beach to watch for whales, seals, otters and eagles. Play in the sand and swim in the waves. Have a beach fire and watch the stars come out. Cozy up in the cottage by the fire, cook in the fully equipped kitchen or BBQ. Watch Apple TV or Netflix and chill. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the loft space. Hike or bike the many trails nearby or golf at a great championship course just up the road. Lovely Stay! Great home base.
I booked this with my brother so we could catch up and hike around the coast. It was the perfect place, luckily my brother had no issues going up and down the ladder to the sleeping loft. The cottage is very well stocked and we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Yellow door cottage at Roberts Creek BC
Yellow door cottage is centrally located on the coast for sightseeing and day trips. It is very clean comfortable and well stocked. Kelly our host was easy to contact and made great suggestions about day trips. We hope to stay at the Yellow Door again.

Great weekend getaway
New, very clean, well equipped, private cabin close to a lovely beach. Kelly is a lovely and very helpful host. We enjoyed our stay very much and felt right at home. Will definitely recommend the yellow door to anyone heading to Robert’s Creek.

Everything has been amazing. The house was perfect. Kelly is a wonderful host: she provided essential breakfast items when she learned that our flight had been delayed and we would arrive past midnight. This was supremely appreciated! But more than that, the attention to details was great : tissues, paper towels, coffee, beach towels, everything was provided and appreciated. We recommend wholeheartedly Kelly's house.

The cottage is very well designed with all new appliances and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was very clean and well kept up. The location is ideal. It is an easy walk to Robert’s Creek village and the local beach. Check in was very easy and communication with the owner was excellent. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect stay
The yellow door cottage was such a a wonderful accomodations for our families visit to the sunshine coast. It was very well stocked in the kitchen with all essentials you may need. The decor was very nice as well. Kelly was an attentive host who provided fans to keep cool during our stay. Very comfortable beds as well. Thank you Kelly! We would love to come stay again.

Hidden Gem
This was the PERFECT little cottage for our quick family adventure to the Sunshine Coast! We packed a lot into our stay but the little neighbourhood where this cottage was located could have been enough to entertain us the entire time! So cute and clean and the loft was an adventure for our kids! Absolutely would recommend staying here!

It was a lovely cottage, conveniently located and affordable. We needed to be in the area due to health issues involving my husband's extended family, so a location in R.C. (vs. Sechelt or Gibson) was a real find.

Yellow Door Cottage
We thoroughly enjoyed staying here for a week. It is very quiet, perfectly maintained, and well located. Very nice size for two retired seniors. We hope to stay there again on future visits to the area.

Immaculate little cottage
We were visiting friends for a celebration in Robert’s Creek and this was a perfect place to stay. All the finishings are new and the cottage has everything you need. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Check in was a breeze.

We loved staying at Yellow Door
My sister and I stayed at the Yellow Door for 2 nights while we were visiting family in Roberts Creek. The cabin is very cozy and close to cafe, stores and a short walk to the beach. Kelly was a fantastic host and responded promptly to questions. Special touches: the fireplace in living room and heated bathroom floor.

Great little cottage just a short walk to the heart of the creek
We stayed here for 11 nights while our house was being renovated. We had such a great stay. The cottage was really well supplied so that we didn't need to bring things from home. The cottage was spotless when we arrived. Kelly and family were around but really respected our privacy. Would highly recommend.

The cabin is well set up for one couple. Lovely, clean and in a good location. The local street can be busy, but mostly in the morning. The owners are very kind, have a lovely dog and kept to themselves. We were two couples, one of which had to sleep in a loft that was a bit challenging to get in and out of.

Quick getaway
We took my in-laws back to the Sunshine Coast, where they had lived 30 years before and had never been back. We loved our stay in the Yellow Door Cottage, everything was amazingly clean and had every utensil anyone could possibly need. Great location, just a short stroll to the funky Gumboot Cafe and a little father down to the beach. Even my mother in-law, who’s very picky, couldn’t say enough about our stay.
