"It was WONDERFUL! Every last one treated us with kindness and excellence of care. Kirk and his team past excellent. Thank you management and all involved for the balloons and rose peddles. Thank you to the customer service team, receptionist team, the nurse, room service team, cleaning team, you all made our time there a wonderful experience. We hope to return there again. "Room was nice and comfy and clean.. staff was very friendly and helpful . Loved the buffet breakfast. There was parking but didn't drive.. didn't like how they charged a lot to take some breakfast but gave a tiny container with a small amount of food. But otherwise we everything was great"

"Big up Sandals Ochi. The resort was emasculate and the staff were very helpful and polite. I just want to shout out both Patrice's from the front desk and entertainment sections. They both made my stay unforgettable. My villa was amazing and the housekeeping staff were on point. I will definitely stay here again. I love the fact that I could eat somewhere different every day and even eat at crazy hours on the morning thanks to some places being open until 2am."

"We just spent 7 nights at Royal Plantation. What a beautiful and special place. The grounds are immaculately kept and there is a great sense of pride from all staff in making the resort feel more like a home away from home. Every single staff member we interacted with were so friendly and took time out of their day to stop and have a chat. We loved meeting all of them. We always felt so well taken care of. There was nothing that was ever too much trouble. The room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Our butlers Anthony and Robert made us feel so special and we loved all the little surprises they arranged. The general manager Omar is a huge credit to Sandals and does an incredible job making you aware of his presence and checking in on us to ask if there was anything we needed. The food and drinks are 10/10 we did not have a bad meal and there were many stand out dishes. We hope to be back and see everyone again very soon. Thank you"
