"We had a great stay! The room was just as the photos. There were towels, tea, a hairdryer, and a kettle. At the entrance, there were recommendations for bars, restaurants, and activities. The location is also great! What could have been better was communication prior to arrival. I had to fill out a long form to receive check-in instructions, and I also had issues with the instructions. Contact via WhatsApp was helpful and quick in resolving the issues."

"Very tastefully designed little apartment, which much bigger than we expected. The shower in the bedroom is unusual but a much enjoyed treat. The location is great, since the apartment is within walking distance to a whole host of tourist attractions and restaurants and bars of all types. The host is super friendly and the experience leaves nothing to wish for. I’d come back anytime and can really recommend it. "

"We were so disappointed with our stay. The steps to the apartment are steep, as people have mentioned, the bigger issue is that they’re uneven, so you suddenly meet a step that’s a lot deeper than the others, it’s not too bad going up, but be careful going down. On first glance the apartment is nice and it is well equipped. There were no instructions as to how to put the sofa bed up, or where to find the bedding, we did eventually find it. We did ask for help, and to be fair, the team did...

"Great space for lots of people. The living room area has a wonderful vibe, especially in the morning. We didn't cook but loved how well appointed the kitchen is. Wonderful coffee maker. A perfect spot for our first visit to Gent. What a beautiful city.One thing to consider is that the staircase to the bedrooms is spiral which can be a challenge for anyone with even mild mobility issues, especially with luggage."
