"It was very clean, and quiet. It was a wait on a bus to get there. And I ended up walking all the way back to the ferry boat to take me back to Arona..
I think there was bus options..
But I didn’t know where to wait.. so that’s probably on me??
But my overall stay was great..

MAJOR LAKE VILLA WITH GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL. AMAZING VIEW ON THE LAKE AND ALPS

Fantastic Villa with a world class view
"We were a group of 10 consisting of 6 adults and 4 teenagers.
Overall the villa is fantastic. The view over the lake is about as good as it gets. The grounds are spacious and the pool is pretty big and could accommodate all of us. We never felt on top of one another.
Inside it’s spacious and over three floors with three spacious bedrooms on the first floor., a single on the ground floor and a double on the lower ground.
The kitchen is very well equipped and we wanted for nothing.
Communication with the owners was first class and they were really helpful.
The town of Ranco is very small but there are three restaurants within walking distance, a great bar on the lake, a brilliant deli and a pharmacy. You can also get the ferry to other parts of the lake.
The only minor niggle is the water pressure which can be a little weak if two people are having a shower at the same time… but it really was no big deal for us.
All in all a great villa and would have no hesitation to recommend or stay again."

"Wonderful views overlooking Lake Maggiore.
Spacious, comfortable & clean.
Off street parking was helpful and it is a short drive to the town. Arona has a charming waterfront and ferry access to islands Bella, Pescatore & Madre.
Many Air B&B ‘s will set you up with water,coffee and a small snack offering. This one does not. We had driven many hours & wished we had some small beverages and snacks.
Recycling system was confusing, different from our home town in the USA.
Jo is very responsive to work with.
Overall a very good experience and I would recommend this Air B&B."
