"Modern & clean, friendly staff. Although restaurant was closed when we stayed - bar's small selection was very good & more than enough to choose from. "
"We loved everything about the property, the pool, the service, the rooms, the restaurant. There’s nothing not to love. Wish we could have stayed longer. "
"Great property and owner. Need a car to get around or use taxis. Great location if you want to visit Modena, Parma and Bologna but dont want to stay in the center of any of them. Close to Ferrari, Lamborghini, all sites."
"My brothers & I stayed here for three nights while on a road trip, the stay exceeded all expectations, the host Donnatella & Gianni were incredibly hospitable & helpful, as we wanted to go to Modena & Bologna for the City & of course Ferrari, but at Donnatellas suggestion we visited Pagani, a really unexpected highlight, we all agreed you can’t go wrong here, great hosts comfortable rooms& good road connections, we have no hesitation in recommending them, many thanks again"

"Room 204 Monza Building (2 Bed Apartment), Great for Visiting the Ferrari and Pavarotti Museums. If you are planning on eating in the Apartment, you need some items for washing pots as nothing provided, also almost no cooking pans or utensils.

"The hotel was very clean and tidy. The room was comfortable and ideal for our business trip for three nights. Located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Bologna we travelled into city by taxi (24-35euros) which the hotel called for us."
"Courteous staff, peaceful setting within the traffic-limited zone of the historic district. The wonderful garden and terrace, along with the grand 18th-century salons, are a nice bonus!"

"Helpful staff and decent on-site parking area. The parking area and the streets surrounding the hotel are a little narrow, as is typical of Bologna, but can successfully accommodate at least a mid-sized SUV.
The room itself was very spacious and had plenty of surfaces for use and storage. Lots of amenities and lots of windows that can let in natural light (with adjustable blinds). We would've liked to be able to adjust the shower water to be hotter, but had no issue with the sink/wash basin tap. The beds were very large and comfortable.
Very reasonably priced breakfast. There are also several small sit-down and take-out restaurants within walking distance, as well as a couple small grocery stores. Around an hour's drive away from the Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari, though it will take longer during the race weekend due to traffic. Also within walking distance of the train station and multiple bus stops.
We enjoyed our stay, and the extremely spacious room was definitely a big highlight!"
"Value for money in a beautiful art deco building. Close to train and bus, both about 20 minutes from Bologna Central. High ceilings, individual balconies overlooking lush gardens with fountain and waterfall. Central dining/breakfast area nicely appointed, but only the one area, plus and outside casual dining area not available when we visited in May 25. Breakfast is included. Rooms are small but clean. Village shops and restaurants are still gearing up for summer with many renovations going on, and the train line undergoing some sort of major construction. Easy to envisage it thriving in a few months time. "
