"Found the property exactly as advertised. Pool was a big hit and being above the ground meant we didn’t have to worry about kids running around pool or accidentally falling in. Plenty of restaurants and shops only a short drive away and easy to get to from airport (about 30mins drive). Lovely owners who were easily contactable and very helpful. Would gladly recommend to anyone. Hot, sunny weather was an added bonus"

"We had such a great time at Stefani’s home. We had been in Europe for 3 weeks with our 9 year old and this was the perfect place to relax for 5 days before we headed home to the states. The pool and home were spotless and we loved the location away for the crowds of Rome but close enough (30 min) drive to colosseum and all sites in Rome. Renalto was also amazing and always available. Highly recommend! We look forward to returning with more friends and family."

"We had a really lovely time staying in this very expansive villa. The pool was fantastic and enjoyed by us on a daily basis. Being near Rome allowed us to site see the capital a few times. Being so close to Ciampino and its shopping facilities was also a big plus. Donatella was a fantastic host, alwasy responding promptly to our queries."

"I don’t even know where to start. What an exquisite property ! Sermoneta is truly divine. This property is absolute perfection. Owner is amazing. Regrettably, we couldn’t stay forever. But if I could, I would ! The perfect location, locals are amazing and the house is ridiculously perfect. We were fortunate enough to stay when the Jasmine was in full bloom. OMG !
