Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön. Es gibt allerdings gravierende Mängel in der Beschreibung: So befinden sich die Schlafräume in der 3. Etage (erreichbar mit dem Aufzug. Zur Küche und zum Essraum gelangt man durchs Treppenhaus in der 4.Etage. Die Ausstattung mit Möbeln ist sehr ansprechend, das Geschirr ist jedoch äusserst knapp bemessen, sodass die Spülmaschine dauernd gebraucht wird.Und die Mülleimer stehen im Essraum, bei der Wärme sehr appetitlich. Der Vermieter sendet die Zugangsdaten nur per whatsapp.(musste mir den Zuckerbergkram erst einrichten, sonst geht nichts!) Erklärungen in unzureichenden Videoclips. Darin ist die bezeichnete Schlüsselbox nicht an der richtigen Stelle: Durchprobieren der vorhandenen Boxen erforderlich. Zugang durch ein elektrisches Tor zum Parkplatz, kein Hinweis zur Betätigung. Das Haustürschloss hakt. Der Vermieter ist zwar telefonisch erreichbar, aber das Ganze nervt. Auf Anfrage per whatsapp reagiert er nur unzureichend. Schade ...
